Cornerstone Drop-In Center / Youth Access Point
A safe space offering housing support, food, hygiene supplies, life coaching, and community resources.
Community School Provider
Case management and wraparound support for two Philadelphia schools, helping students and families navigate housing, food, and financial insecurity.
McKinney-Vento Program
Support for students and families experiencing homelessness, in partnership with the Philadelphia School District.
Re-entry Support (Mission Possible)
Case management and resources for individuals impacted by the justice system.
Restorative Practice Hub
Conflict resolution and restorative justice training to build trust and community accountability.
Family Group Decision Making (Community Family Collaborative)
Support for families navigating difficult transitions through group planning and goal setting.
