Meet the Team Driving Our Mission

Eddie’s House was co-founded by Sharon McGinley and Marion Campbell — two women united by a shared mission to create safe, supportive spaces for vulnerable youth and underserved communities. While Sharon helped lay the foundation, Marion has since taken the lead as Executive Director, steering the organization’s growth, partnerships, and impact throughout Philadelphia.

Today, Eddie’s House is powered by a passionate and experienced team committed to youth engagement, crisis response, education, and reentry support. Under Marion’s leadership, our staff combines lived experience with professional expertise and deep community ties to help individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
